Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce and water; pour over pork chops. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven about 12 minutes, or until done. Spoon sauce mixture over chops and give dish a quarter turn in every 3 minutes.
