Put cranberry-strawberry drink and strawberries in a blender. Blend on high speed for a few seconds, add cream of coconut and grenadine syrup. Blend until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a tall glass with crushed ice. Top with soda. Garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry.
