Cranberry Pudding

Cranberry Pudding

2 cups cranberries

1/2 cup molasses

1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1/2 cup water

1-1/3 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

Mix cranberries, molasses & baking soda well, then add flour and salt.

Place in a greased bread pan or greased jello mold. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.  Serve with Butter Sauce.

Butter Sauce:  Place 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Half & Half in saucepan and bring to a boil.  Serve over pudding.
