Cranberry Pork Chops

Cranberry Pork Chops

4 pork rib chops, 1/2 inch thick

salt & pepper

1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

2 Tbsp bottled barbecue sauce

2 Tbsp water

Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce and water; pour over pork chops. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven about 12 minutes, or until done. Spoon sauce mixture over chops and give dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
