Cranberry Baked Chicken

Cranberry Baked Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
(approx 1-1/2 lbs)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1 small chopped onion
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put chicken in an ovenproof dish and pour sauce on top. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or more, until chicken is done.
